Each player builds their own metropolis in Quadropolis (first announced as City Mania), but they're competing with one another for the shops, parks, public services and other structures to be placed in them.
As the Mayor, you've been commissioned to construct a city more populous and prestigious! Each turn, dispatch one of your architects to claim buildings tiles, but choose carefully-the architect you dispatch determines which building you get and where you can place it.
